Rev. Roxanne Graves uses Emmet Fox’s Sermon on the Mount to guide us through the liberating practice of forgiveness as one of the most important keys to transformation.  Ideas and thoughts of resentment not only keep us separate from each other, but keep us disconnected from our awareness of God.  Setting others free means setting ourselves free.  The technique is not very difficult to manage when we understand how.  The only thing that is essential to begin is willingness.  A true desire to forgive is the greater part of the work.
