World Day of Prayer

Thursday, 10:00 am—9:00 pm

Hundreds of thousands of people worldwide join in prayer and sacred activity on this day.  At Unity of Wilmington we hold a 11-hour prayer vigil and engage in sacred activities throughout.  Prayer lists will be read every hour at the top of the hour, and we are looking for volunteers to serve in this holy capacity.  Stations will be set up around the room for releasing activities, candle lighting, a crystal chair grid, and coloring mandalas.  Guided meditations are offered on the half-hour starting at 12:30 through 5:30 pm.
