Kudalini Yoga with Adi Krishna Kaur - Now Two Offerings per Week

Kundalini Yoga is a spiritual, physical, mental & healthy way to ignite your soul energy and connect to Truth & Love.
Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a life changing technology that incorporates Kriya, Mantra, Mudra, Meditation and other tenants of Yogic Philosophy. Combining all of these techniques results in a full-on experience for the practitioner that carries on into all areas of life and allows one to spread the light of love into all. Beginning with aBasic Spinal Series, this Kriya systematically works from the base of the spine to the top giving each vertebrae stimulation & each Chakra a burst of energy. Basic Spinal Series is a great Kriya to do before meditation which is why we will follow with Kirtan Kriya.
Kirtan Kriya is one of three meditations that Yogi Bhajan said we would need if all others were lost. Practicing this meditation is both a science and an art that incorporates Mantra, Mudra, Voice & Visualization. This is one of the meditations that has been scientifically studied, tested and proven to improve brain function and decrease memory loss.

Living Life After a Loss - Third Tuesday each month, 7:00 pm
Third Tuesday of the month, 7-9:00 p.m. Living life after a loss can be one of the most difficult challenges one can ever face. This loving support group speaks openly about challenges and how in community we can find support to move ourselves through our deepest grief. Facilitated by Tina Vesely. Love Offering
Healing Nights - First Monday each month, 7:00 pm
First Monday of the month, 7-9:00 p.m. Healing Night is a spiritual gathering for those seeking a healing connection with All That Is. It can be a profound healing experience in mind, body and or spirit. One can find themselves cradled in quiet tranquility as they are nurtured by loving hands to the sound of soft beautiful music in the background. Volunteers offer their services on a love offering basis. Radionics, Reiki, Reflexology, Thai Yoga Massage and Therapeutic Touch. Not all practitioners attend every session. Practitioners offer their services on a love offering basis. Contact Sis Tyler to participate as a practitioner. All are welcome!

Mondays with Lisa Keating at 5:30 p.m. Yoga is a multi-layered system of healing that can bring greater balance, health and quality of life. This one-hour class is about coming back to our center and bringing stillness and awareness back into our life. Suggested donation $5.
Tuesdays at 6:00 pm with Philip Humphrey (advanced). After teaching at the WAC, we welcome Philip to lead this yoga class. Suggested donation $5.

Words of Wisdom Friday Morning Book Study
Fridays, 10:00 - 11:45 a.m. The Friday Book Study Group is discussing, Becoming Supernatural: How Common People are Doing the Uncommon by Dr. Joe Dispenza. The author of the New York Times bestseller You are the Placebo, as well as Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself and Evolve Your Brain, draws on research conducted at his advanced workshops since 2012 to explore how common people are doing the uncommon tor transform themselves and their lives. Becoming Supernatural marries some of the most profound scientific informatino with ancient wisdom to show how people like you and me can experience a more mystical life.
The book group meets in the Community Room (Room 201) to discuss a variety of books or videos. Everyone is welcome to attend.
A Course in Miracles
Sundays and Wednesdays, 7:00 -8:30 p.m. Tuesdays, 6:30 - 8:00 pm. A Course In Miracles teaches a thought system – a way of seeing and understanding—based on love and oneness with Spirit and with each other, as contrasted with the thought system the world teaches which is based on fear and separation. The Course shows how our human (or ego) minds resists these ideas because of our attachment to our separate bodies.
The group meets in one of the small rooms in the Youth Edcuation Wing. We read the text together and discuss the material. We welcome you to visit to see if this is for you. The book also includes a workbook section made up of daily lessons.
Mondays at 7:00 p.m. A unique group welcoming all men who wish to grow spiritually and mindfully through open-minded and compassionate discussion in a safe, confidential fellowship. All men are welcome!
Tuesdays, 5:00-7:00 p.m. After a 2012 visit by dr. michael ryce, Unity of Wilmington formed a support group to encourage each other in the use of forgiveness tools he teaches. All are welcome to join us. If you have questions, please contact Susan Darnell at 910-547-2255.
