Monthly Caregivers Support Group

This support group is for anyone caring for someone with dementia and will meet on the 3rd Monday of every month in Room 202.  

Carol Wise, facilitator, is a geriatric social worker who specializes in defining and enhancing quality of life for families and individuals who are affected by neurocognitive illness. Carol has trained with Alzheimer's NC, The Alzheimer's Association, and Duke Family Support Program. Carol has been a Certified for Dementia Care Professional since 2016.
