Weekly Gratitude Practices in November
Expressing Gratitude is a spiritual practice often taught in the Unity Movement and by other motivational speakers. Brian Tracy says, “Develop an attitude of gratitude, and give thanks for everything that happens to you, knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger and better than your current situation.”
As North Carolina’s governor imposes tighter restrictions for gathering in person, Unity of Wilmington is offering weekly gratitude practices in lieu of our accustomed Gratitude Night gathering.
