Unity Spiritual Center of Wilmington has rental opportunities for many functions, classes, workshops, celebration of life events and organization meetings.

We are open and inclusive, although we reserve the right to refuse any rentals we deem contrary to Unity principles. Our facility is handicapped accessible and is a non-smoking facility.

Review our guidelines below then complete and submit the form below.

  • When scheduling an activity, please fill out Event Request form.
    Once approved, the event will be placed on the Center's calendar.
    If a scheduled activity is changed or cancelled, please notify the office (admin@unitywil.com) immediately.
  • No alcohol may be served in church facilities.
  • No smoking or vaping on our property.
  • Groups are restricted to only those areas of the facility that the group has reserved.
  • The Center's equipment, such as table and chairs must be returned to original placement, unless arranged otherwise prior to the event.
  • All lights must be turned off and doors locked upon departure.
  • Abusive or foul language, violent behavior, and drug or alcohol abuse are strictly prohibited while using center's facilities.
    Any person exhibiting such behavior will be required to leave the premises.
  • Any group using the kitchen is responsible for thoroughly cleaning and returning all equipment to its proper place.

The person/organization requesting the use of center's facilities hereby absolves Unity Spiritual Center, it's pastors, leadership, members, or people of any liability for personal injury to any individual resulting from the use of the center's facilities and agrees to be responsible for any property damage that results during the use of the facilities. Please report any damage to the office promptly.

Spaces Available with Fees: Time of rental includes your set up and clean up. There are no buffers in between appointments.

Sanctuary ~ (for members) $125/ hr. with a min. 2 hours (Sunday use after 2:00 pm only) ( for non-members) $150/ hr. with a min. of 2 hours. Individual hours can be added. Additional charge $100/ hr (up to 2 hours) for a sound technician. (seats 150)

Community Room ~ ( for members) $30/ hr. with a min. 2 hours (for non-members) $35/ hr. with a min. 2 hours. Individual hours can be added. This includes use of the AV screen and small kitchen. Fold up tables also available. (seats 40) 

The Parlor/ Library ~ (for members) $25/ hr. with a min. of 2 hours. (for non-members) $30 hr. with a min. of 2 hours. Individual hours can be added. Fold up tables available. (seats 25 - 30 depending on set up)

The Healer's Room~ (for members) $25 for 90 minute sessions  (for non-members) $30 for 90 minute sessions. $40 for 120 minute session First time prior approval required by filling out the practitioner application form. Once approved you will gain access to book your own appointments through our Calendly. Payment due upon booking.

Fellowship related/Unity Event
Community Room, The Parlor or Sanctuary ~ Love Offering or Donation with previous approval with the ministers.

Event request form:
You may email your own branded advertising flyers to us or the adminstrator can create it for you.  We prefer a canva link to your flyers so we can convert to different flyer, social media and presentation sizes.  Lead time to advertise is 1 month before for best results.

Note: There is a required additional $100 charge for an audio/video technician in the sanctuary.
