Renewal doesn’t begin with action.
It begins with awareness.
What feels heavy right now?
What are you tolerating that’s quietly draining you?
Where are you going through the motions instead of being fully alive?
This isn’t about judgment—it’s about clarity.
Because awareness is the doorway to change.
